To answer your second question Jennifer, the recommendation is to take it with a meal. This is probably the recommendation because some of the ingredients help a feeling of being full. Although I choose to take it at night before I go to bed, it seems to work well with my schedule. P.S. something to think about Jennifer, as I said, your body is designed to remove toxins and unneeded waste but if not completely removed they will accumulate, this may cause health issues and disease. I recommend cycling the Maintenance cleanse at least 2-3 times a year.
