  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • A dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon raw, organic honey (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat the water until it is warm or hot.
  2. Add the ingredients and stir to combine.

Note: that the honey is optional but may be added if you want to sweeten the drink.
