Q – I just read your article about Improving Mental Health and how Omega-3’s can support brain health.  I’ve also heard that they can improve energy, is this true?

A – Hello Len, great to hear from you again, I believe we spoke on the phone a couple weeks ago.

Great question and yes, omega-3’s can provide a boost of DHA and EPA levels in your brain which results in an increase of energy, focus, and attention.
