This dish will take roughly 25 minutes from start to finish. Simply choose your favorite fish to fillet (mine is halibut) and follow the easy instructions.

Garlic has health benefits that include reducing blood pressure, lowing high cholesterol, detox and a great source of essential nutrients.
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs skinless fish fillets (Choose your favorite fish to fillet)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 Large lime for lime juice
- 3 large peeled garlic cloves
- 5-6 bird’s eye chilies, more or less depending on your taste buds
- Optional: a handful of fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions:
- Place the fish fillets in a heatproof dish in a single layer.
- Finely chop the garlic and chilies.
- Sprinkle the garlic-chili mixture over the entire surface of the fish fillets.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together.
- Pour the mixture over the fish.
- Cover the dish with a piece of foil and steam in a steamer until the fish is fully cooked.
- Remove the dish from the steamer, sprinkle fresh cilantro leaves over the steamed fish if you choose to do so, and then serve.
