Ingredients:
- 1 Chamomile Tea Bag
- 1.5 cups water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger or ½ inch fresh, chopped and seeped directly with the tea
- Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey, maple syrup, to add some flavor
Directions:
- Brew tea in boiling water; strain or remove bag or bags.
- Once seeped, add spices, and sweetener if desired.
- Pour into a mug.
- Let it cool down until the desired temperature is reached.
